Library Card

To sign up for a library card online go to https://jesup.biblionix.com/catalog/ to sign up for one.  In the top right corner, click on the “SIGN UP” button.  That will take you to our online signup form. If you are signing up someone that doesn't have a form of ID,  please include their date of birth in the driver’s license field.  If you have a driver's license, please email a copy to jesuppubliclibrary@gmail.com.

Once you’ve completed the form, we will receive notification that there is a new patron sign up.  We will then accept the new patron sign up OR let you know if the person that is being signed up already has a card with our library and what that number is.
